Privacy

We collect as little as we can.

Traffic analytics

We count public pageviews, referral domains, broad device types, approximate countries, regions and cities, and actions such as tapping Call or Directions. These actions do not tell us whether a call connected or a visit took place.

Our built-in analytics uses no tracking cookies or browser storage. The server uses your IP address and browser information to make a one-way visitor identifier that changes each month. It also estimates your general location with a local IP database, without sending your IP to a lookup service. Raw IP addresses and browser strings are not stored in the analytics database. Counts are estimates and cannot identify the same person across devices. Mobile networks, VPNs and proxies can make locations inaccurate.

IP Geolocation by DB-IP. Approximate data, not GPS.

We do not collect search text, ZIP codes, precise locations, phone numbers, form contents, or account emails in traffic events. Signed-in admin activity and known automated browsers are excluded. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Event records are kept for up to 90 days. Preview traffic is kept separate from the live site.

What we store

Reports and reviews you submit, with the first name you choose. Emails given for submissions, claims, sign in or contact, used only to reply or verify. Location from Use my location is sent in the search URL and not saved to an account.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. Sponsors never receive your information.

Analytics and advertising

When site analytics is enabled in Replit Publishing settings, Replit measures page views and DeerProcessors.com records broad interaction events such as searches, call-link clicks, directions, reports, and submissions. Custom events send action names only, not form fields, search text, phone numbers, or email addresses. No third-party display advertising is active. Advertising will remain off until the site owner has publisher approval and configures the provider and required consent controls.

Maps

Map tiles load from OpenStreetMap servers, which see your IP address like any website.
